If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of delivery — opened or unopened. We stand behind our products.
How to start a return
- Email hello@elitehealthessentials.org with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
- We will reply with a return authorization and instructions within 1 business day.
- Ship the product back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and bundle promotions marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
