How to use whey protein isolate?
Use the directions on the exact product label: serving sizes and mixing instructions differ by formula. Compare grams of protein per labelled serving, the ingredient list and milk-allergen information before choosing. Price per serving is the container price divided by the number of labelled servings; shipping and discounts change the final cost.
Before you choose
- Compare the same labelled serving and ingredient amounts.
- Read allergens and the complete Supplement Facts panel.
- Include shipping and discounts in the delivered price.
